Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces an amendment to its press release of February 3, 2011 titled "Announcement of Implementation of MBO and Opinion Concerning Tender Offer for Company Shares,etc."

The Company also announces that, with respect to the substance of the amendment, it filed, as of March 2, 2011, an amendment to the Opinion Report with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau pursuant to Article 27-8, Paragraph 2 of the Financial Instrument and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948, as amended from time to time) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-10, Paragraph 8 of the same Act.

As hereby attached, an amendment is also made as of March 2, 2011 to the Tender Offeror's press release of February 3,2011 titled "Notice of Commencement of Tender Offer Bid for Shares of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd." in a similar way.
