May 30, 2011 (Tokyo, Japan) - Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Muneaki Masuda, "CCC"), headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, announced the launch of a loyalty point exchange service today between T Points and OKcashbag Points from the largest shared loyalty program in Korea operated by SK Marketing & Company Co., Ltd., (CEO: Bang-Hyung Lee, "SKM&C"), headquartered in Seoul, Korea and a subsidiary of Korea's SK Group.

As the first phase, CCC and SKM&C start providing the loyalty point exchange service for Japanese visitors to Korea. In order to provide loyalty services to Japanese visitors, SKM&C will distribute special OKcashbag cards made for T Point exchange in Japan and Korea, respectively. Distribution points for these OKcashbag cards start with TSUTAYA stores at Narita, Kansai, and Chubu International Airports, and Telecom Square (in-airport mobile phone rental) stores located at Narita and Haneda International Airports in Japan; and Shinhan Bank branches located at Gimhae International Airport and Incheon International Airport, and Korea Tourism Organization offices and a Walkerhill outlet in Seoul within Korea. Plans call for expanding distribution points further.

Under the OKcashbag loyalty point program, OKcashbag points are awarded in proportion to the amount of purchase when the OKcashbag card is presented at cashiers of 43,000 partner store locations, including The Shiila Duty Free, Shinsegae department store, FamilyMart, and Korean restaurants throughout Korea where the OKcashbag logo is displayed. The OKcashbag points accumulated within Korea can be exchanged to T points on the exchange page furnished at T Site (http://tsite.jp/ok) after returning to Japan. As the second phase of the loyalty point exchange service, the launch of the T Point exchange service for Korean visitors to Japan is planned for this summer.

Taking this launch opportunity of the loyalty point exchange service between Japan and Korea, CCC will work in a tie-up with the Korea Tourism Organization, which is spurring the promotion of the Korean tourism industry, in order to implement various programs that publicize the appeal of Korea to T Point members, and to improve awareness of OKcashbag points within Japan and of T Points within Korea.
