CCC Communications Co., Ltd., is established jointly with IMJ to pursue recommendation advertising business operations.

The Internet business platform is reinforced through stock acquisitions of three companies: Digital Hollywood Co., Ltd., operator of digital content art schools; DigitalScape, a temporary placement agency that specializes in digital creative artists and IT engineers; and IMJ, the largest Web solutions business in Japan.

Business consolidation with Rentrak Japan, engaged in the PPT business through rental video product distribution. Simultaneously, CCC spins off its franchise business into TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., and becomes a pure holding company under holding company regulations.
