Site scale
Suburban roadside type: 3,966 m2 or larger
Candidate properties near railway stations may be accepted on a tenancy basis (no parking lots required).

Building outline
Suburban roadside type: 1,487 m2 or larger * Ideally a single-story building. Two-story buildings are also accepted in some areas.
Near a railway station: 330 m2 or larger * Multi-story buildings and floors as small as 198 m2 are also accepted in the special wards of Tokyo

Store layout
Stores may be either standalone spaces or combined with other stores. All stores must face community roads.

Other points
Contracts are available for both land leases (regular or fixed-term lease) and building leases, subject to various terms and conditions.
The agreement will be concluded directly between a landlord and our franchisee.
Transfer and expansion (the opening of two or more sole retail stores in the same area) will also be considered.
