Mommy Mart to start T-Point service from September 1st

Mommy Mart Co., Ltd. (Head office: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture; CEO: Hirofumi Iwasaki; hereinafter referred to as "Mommy Mart") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") will launch the T Point service at all 60 "Mommy Mart" food supermarkets operated by Mommy Mart from September 1, 2014.

Customers with a T Card can earn 1 T Point for every 200 yen (excluding tax) spent at Mommy Mart, and the T Points earned when using the card can be used when shopping at Mommy Mart, with 1 point equaling 1 yen. For customers who do not have a T-Card, applications for a T-Card with an original Mommy Mart design will be accepted at Mommy Mart stores. Mommy Mart will be holding a campaign to commemorate the launch of the T Point service from September 1, 2014.

The details of the T Point service and campaign at Mommy Mart are as follows:

■Service start date: Monday, September 1, 2014
　*Currently issued Mommy Club Cards can be used to accumulate points until Sunday, August 31, 2014, and can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen until Sunday, November 30, 2014.
■ Participating stores: "Mamy Mart" and "BigHouse Gyoda Store" - 60 stores in total
　*Only BigHouse Gyoda store is eligible for this offer.
■T-point award rate: 1 point awarded for every 200 yen (excluding tax)
　*You can earn points even if you pay with cash, credit card, or gift certificates.
　*Customers who do not need a plastic bag will receive 2 T points.
■T Point usage rate: 1 point can be used as 1 yen
■T Point Service Eligible Products: Products available at "Mommy Mart" and "BigHouse Gyoda Store"
　* Excluded items: Tobacco, alcohol (at some stores), gift certificate sales, shipping fees (delivery), stamps, postcards, designated garbage bags, and items paid for at places other than the central register.
　* Services not included: Recycle stations, vending machines, game machines, ID photos, copy machines, and water vending services

(1) Bonus points available for approximately 1,000 items!
To celebrate the launch of the T-Point service at Mommy Mart, from Monday, September 1, 2014 to Wednesday, December 31, 2014, we will be stocking approximately 1,000 great value products each month that will earn you bonus points in addition to the regular points.

(2) Up to 100,000 points will be given to customers
We are running a campaign where anyone who presents their T-Card and spends the most (purchase amount) between Monday, September 1, 2014 and Tuesday, September 30, 2014 will be awarded up to 100,000 T-Points.

1st place: 100,000 points, 2nd place: 50,000 points, 3rd place: 10,000 points
Additionally, 1,000 people who spend over 10,000 yen will be entered into a lottery to win 1,000 points!
