At the CCC Group, we believe that in order to gain and maintain the trust of our stakeholders, it is essential that each and every officer and employee acts based on a high sense of ethics. Based on our "Compliance Code of Conduct," which outlines how each officer and employee should behave, our group strives to achieve compliance in our daily work with a high sense of ethics and responsibility.

Our Promise

    We are committed to prioritizing compliance when there is a conflict between interest and compliance.
  2. Respect for human rights
    We value respect for fundamental human rights, acknowledge diverse values, express mutual respect, and promise not to engage in any form of harassment, discriminatory speech, defamation, or libel.
  3. Ensuring a good working environment
    We are committed to creating a healthy, hygienic, and comfortable working environment, and to building a corporate culture that is free and vibrant.
  4. Fair competition
    We promise to comply with all laws and regulations related to our business activities, to value our customers, and to ensure the quality and safety of our products and services.
  5. Prohibition of bribery and other illegal activities
    We promise not to offer or demand any unfair benefits, such as money, goods, or entertainment, that would hinder fair and just business activities.
  6. Protection of company assets and reputation
    We promise to handle all company assets and information assets with the utmost care.
  7. Prevention of insider trading
    We promise not to engage in insider trading.
  8. Maintaining strict internal discipline
    We promise to promptly report and consult with our supervisor, or through the helpline (consultation service), if we become aware of any conduct that violates (or is likely to violate) laws or internal regulations.

  4. Honest and fair business practices
    The CCC Group conducts fair and free competition and fair trade, and develops and provides useful and safe products and services to its customers.
    The CCC Group strictly prohibits bribery, corruption, and other similar acts that are contrary to CCC's interests, based on high ethical standards, and promotes fair and just business activities.
  5. Protection and appropriate use of assets and information
    As an intellectual capital company, the CCC Group strives to protect and utilize its tangible and intangible corporate assets.
    As a company that handles personal information, the CCC Group is always aware of its social responsibility and will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with laws, regulations, and privacy policies.
    The CCC Group prohibits employees who possess important inside information about our business partners from trading in those partners' securities.
  6. Thorough crisis management
    The CCC Group has absolutely no connection with criminal activity or anti-social forces, and will take a firm stance against such activities.
  7. Thorough implementation of these guidelines
    The CCC Group will establish and utilize a helpline (consultation service) where employees can report and seek advice if they become aware of any actions that violate (or may violate) laws or internal regulations. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any retaliation or detrimental treatment of employees who report or seek advice from their superiors or the helpline (consultation service).

We have established a compliance promotion committee that spans across all CCC businesses and CCC Group companies.

  3. Aggregation and sharing of compliance-related information

We formulate a compliance program every year and establish a compliance system and regulations.
We conduct awareness campaigns, implement educational programs, and monitor the situation.
