Notice of T-Card suspension due to incorrect T-Card authentication

On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, we confirmed that an incorrect authentication occurred when a card that did not have T card functionality was presented at a T Point partner store, and that the registration information, T points, and T money of some T Member customers may have been used by an unexpected third party. After investigating the situation regarding this incident, we confirmed that there was a risk of third-party use. In order to protect customer information and avoid financial damage, we suspended the 124 affected T-Cards on Wednesday, July 27th.

If you have an affected T-Card, the T-Card Support Center will contact you by phone and then send you a new T-Card. Please note that there are some services that cannot be transferred to the new T Card.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We would appreciate your understanding.
