A Workspace
where freedom
and autonomy can
come into being

CCC holds the value of freedom in high regard. Freedom sounds great, but it can be difficult to achieve. Freedom, when misplaced, can also lead to selfish and self-centered behavior. In order to earn freedom, one has to keep their promises. We believe that our employees have to be disciplined while also possessing the spirit of autonomy.

Freedom is the motto of the CCC offices.

With freedom as an important value, CCC's work style is in itself, free. Our offices are used freely as well in accordance with such work style.

Employees can of course come to the office and work at their desks, but should they need to communicate with their colleagues, they can also get together and have a small meeting at the office café. The workspace of CCC, a planning company that creates Culture Infrastructure that enriches the world, is also a place that gives importance and practices the values of freedom and autonomy.

The place
to give birth
to the best project.

There is a climate of freedom at the CCC planning company. Each desk is without partition, thus allowing the free exchange of communication.

The employees decide how to use the office.

The CCC CAFÉ is a canteen, a cafeteria, a space for meetings, and sometimes a place to relax. It is also a place for creativity where live events can be held. The employees determine how to utilize the area in a way that best fits the work style of their team. This office itself was also conceived from an independent project among our employees.

A space
inspired by art

People see and feel art. By encountering art, people are able to bring out countless impressions, such as "Interesting!", "Beautiful!", "How fun!", "What is it?", "I'm not too fond of this...", and so on.

If there is art in the places where people usually go to work, art becomes as natural as the air we breathe and serves to polish the sensibilities of the employees working at CCC.

Placing art in spaces, or what we call "ART IN THE OFFICE", was achieved through a public offering inspired by the Monex Group.
