Thank you for using T Member services such as T Points and TSUTAYA.
On October 1, 2022, the Culture Convenience Club (CCC) Group merged CCC Marketing Co., Ltd., which operates marketing services, with T Point Japan Co., Ltd., which operates the T Point service, and changed its name to CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd.
In order to provide even more valuable services to T Members, starting April 1, 2023, the company that manages and operates the T Member database will be changed from CCC to CCCMK Holdings. In accordance with this, the T Membership Terms and Conditions and other regulations will be revised on April 1, 2023. Please note that with this revision of the terms and conditions, there will be no substantial changes to the items of personal information collected or the scope of shared use.
In the future, we plan to open a website that will provide customers with a highly transparent and easy-to-understand explanation of how we handle data. In addition, in order to take into consideration the privacy of our customers, we will continue to strengthen internal governance under the leadership of our Privacy Protection Officer, and will also hold discussions that incorporate objective perspectives from external third parties (experts, knowledgeable people, general consumers, etc.).
Based on our Personal Information Protection Policy, the CCC Group will continue to make every effort to protect the personal information and privacy of our customers, and will fulfill our social responsibility and obligation to ensure their trust.
