Announcement regarding the 2022 Transparency Report (Information Disclosure to Law Enforcement Agencies)

In response to requests for personal information from investigative agencies (judicial police officers and officers and agencies with investigative powers, the right to inspect, and the right to investigate violations as defined by law), we will disclose such information only with a search warrant, in accordance with the "warrantism" principle. We take appropriate measures in accordance with the "Basic Policy Regarding Requests for Personal Information from Law Enforcement Agencies" established in August 2019.

In accordance with our basic policy, we are now publishing the "2022 Transparency Report," which summarizes the results of our responses to law enforcement agencies from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. This report has been appropriately evaluated by the "Information Disclosure Monitoring Committee." Please refer here for the specific evaluation report. This report is scheduled to be published around May of each year.
