(Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda) will launch the "Ugomemo" x "TSUTAYA de DS" campaign, a collaboration project with "Ugomemo," a Nintendo DSiWare that can be used as a notepad, as the seventh campaign of its "TSUTAYA de DS" service for the Nintendo DS® series and its successor, the Nintendo 3DS™ (hereinafter referred to as DS), starting April 28, 2011.

■Campaign details
(1) Access "TSUTAYA de DS" and try your luck at the roulette!
By accessing the "Ugomemo" campaign from "TSUTAYA de DS," you can try your luck at a roulette game, where you can win valuable coupons usable at TSUTAYA, such as a game console or a 100 yen discount on rentals.

First Prize: 1,000 yen discount coupon for a brand new Wii or DS game software or hardware (5 winners)
Second Prize: 500 yen discount coupon for brand new Wii/DS game software and hardware (20 winners)
Third Prize: 100 yen discount ticket for rental CDs and DVDs (4,000 winners)

*To receive a 100 yen discount rental ticket, please show the ticket gift screen on your DS console at the game counter inside the TSUTAYA store, and a store staff member will give you a 100 yen discount rental ticket. Tickets can be used at the rental counter.
*The discount coupon will be distributed from April 28th to May 16th, and the coupon will be valid until June 30th.

(2) Refer a friend and receive a Hatena Color Star!
If you share the "TSUTAYA de DS" campaign letter distributed within Ugomemo Hatena with your friends using the "Ugo Letter" email function of Ugomemo Hatena, both you and your friend will receive "Hatena Stars"* as a gift. Furthermore, if three or more people view the coupon you introduced, you will receive a rare Hatena Star as a gift.

* "Hatena Star" is a service that allows readers to express their feelings on blogs, and it was launched in July 2007. It is also available on "Flipnote Theater" and "Flipnote Hatena" for Nintendo DSi. The paid colored version, "Color Star," comes in four colors including green, red, and blue, allowing you to express your feelings through a variety of colors. Available for purchase at the dedicated sales site "Color Star Shop" using Hatena Points (1 point = 1 yen). A pack of 10 costs 100 points, a pack of 32 costs 300 points, and a pack of 55 costs 500 points.

Bring your DS* to a participating TSUTAYA store, access Nintendo Zone, and touch "TSUTAYA de DS" to participate in the "Ugomemo" x "TSUTAYA de DS" campaign.
