We hereby announce that at today's Board of Directors meeting, we decided on the candidates for new Directors and new Corporate Auditors, as detailed below.

1. New Director Candidates (Expected to take office on June 21, 2011)
Kazuo Nakanishi (General Manager, Product and Entertainment Business Division, our company)
