At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 11, 2011, the Company resolved to submit proposals regarding partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation concerning the issuance of different classes of shares, the inclusion of a clause for the acquisition of all shares, the acquisition of common stock with a clause for the acquisition of all shares (as defined in "I.1 (1) ②" below), and the issuance of share certificates, to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 21, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders"). It was also resolved to submit the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation relating to the clause for the acquisition of all shares to the Class Shareholders Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the "Class Shareholders Meeting"), which is scheduled to be held on the same day as the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and consists of shareholders holding our common stock.
