Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., which operates "TSUTAYA" stores nationwide that propose lifestyles to customers through books, movies, music, and more, will open "TSUTAYA Osaki Ekimae Store" (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) on July 15, 2011, in the Osaki Station West Exit redevelopment area, which is directly connected to the new west exit of JR Osaki Station by a pedestrian deck. The store will feature a "BOOK & CAFE" where customers can enjoy books and magazines in a study-like atmosphere before purchasing them.

The most distinctive feature of "TSUTAYA Osaki Ekimae Store" is its BOOK & CAFE, which is open from 7 AM, making it a relaxing place where customers can enjoy coffee and books while overlooking greenery, and is also available for those on their way to work.
