—Building an O2O marketing platform through Shufoo! and T-POINT—

Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Shingo Kaneko; hereinafter referred to as "Toppan Printing") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") have entered into a business partnership agreement to introduce "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service operated by CCC, to "Shufoo!", Japan's largest electronic flyer portal site operated by Toppan Printing.

1. Purpose of the business alliance
Toppan Printing launched "Shufoo!" in August 2001, and now, 10 years later, it has grown into one of Japan's largest electronic flyer portal sites, providing highly convenient information that meets the needs of many consumers in today's rapidly advancing internet society. Meanwhile, with the point service market expanding, T-POINT, a common point service operated by CCC, boasts 37.57 million T-POINT members and 35,000 partner stores across 70 companies. It has grown into a point service that can be used in a variety of everyday situations, including TSUTAYA, convenience stores, restaurants and cafes, drugstores, gas stations, fashion, sports, travel, and internet services. Through this business alliance, Toppan Printing and CCC will first aim to mutually revitalize "T-POINT" and "Shufoo!". Furthermore, we will consider developing new advertising products such as new advertisements and coupons, and jointly build an O2O (Online To Offline) platform that drives customers to physical stores through "Shufoo!". This will further improve convenience for T-CARD members, promote the development and competitiveness of both businesses, and expand the mutual customer referral effect.

2. Service Details
Toppan Printing will introduce the T-POINT service to "Shufoo!". If you have linked your Shufoo! user ID with your T-ID (T-Login ID), you can earn T-POINT depending on the service you use when using eligible Shufoo! services. The points you accumulate can be used at T-POINT partner stores.
 
≪Eligible Services and Number of Points Awarded≫
(1) Get 5 points or more by registering as a new member of "Shufoo!"
(2) 1 point or more per flyer viewing
(3) At least 1 point per click on an ad
*The number of points awarded may vary depending on the time of year, flyer, or advertisement.
*(2) and (3) are limited to flyers and advertisements that are eligible for T-POINT.

3. Planned service launch date
Scheduled for Tuesday, September 6, 2011
