— Offering lifestyle-oriented life plans to 37.57 million T-CARD members— Opening a space in Kyoto's Karasuma district with L-club concierges, financial planners, and legal professionals on staff—

Holos Planning Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, Representative Director: Kei Horii, hereinafter referred to as Holos Planning), which operates insurance agencies and insurance agency management support services nationwide, and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda, hereinafter referred to as CCC), which operates "T-POINT" *1, Japan's largest common point service, have agreed to a business alliance regarding the introduction of T-POINT services. Holos Planning will begin offering T-POINT services through its comprehensive life planning support service "L-club" starting August 1, 2011.

According to population estimates by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan's population structure has been steadily aging and declining since 1996, and as of October 1, 2010, the census results showed that 31% of the Japanese population was 60 years of age or older. Furthermore, as consumers' lifestyles diversify and a flood of information is provided through mass media and social media, there is a growing demand for more reliable, high-quality information tailored to each individual. Under these circumstances, Holos Planning has launched "L-club," a comprehensive life planning support service that assists in all aspects of life and helps members achieve their self-actualization goals. The service provides each member with various services related to their daily life, including insurance consultations, financial planning, life plan design support, and more.

In this collaboration between Holos Planning and CCC, we plan to introduce the T-POINT service to "L-club" and propose life plans tailored to the individual lifestyles of our 37.57 million T-POINT members. As a first step, we will offer T-POINT to those who register for "e-Life Diagnosis," which allows users to simulate life planning on "L-club," and to those who consult directly with a planner. Going forward, we will gradually expand the provision of T-POINT to other life planning support services as well.

To coincide with the launch of its "L-club" service, Holos Planning will open two flagship life planning spaces, "L-Cafe" and "LAC-za" (both provisional names), on the first floor of its headquarters starting September 1 (tentative). At "L-Cafe," visitors can freely try out the "e-Life Diagnosis" using computers set up in the open space, and there will also be L-club concierges available to provide information about L-club services and support life planning consultations. Additionally, the space will serve as a sampling area, offering free samples of Kyoto's local specialties and other products to support companies' marketing efforts. At "LAC-za," financial planners, tax accountants, judicial scriveners, and other professionals are always on hand to provide individual consultations to individuals and companies. In addition, various seminars and events related to daily life are planned, including seminars on will preparation and insurance review, as well as lectures by experts in various fields such as medicine, psychology, and philosophy. In addition, the space will be used for exhibitions of traditional arts such as paintings and ceramics, as well as for theatrical performances of traditional arts, aiming to increase awareness of "L-club" as a hub for "lifestyle, art, and culture." "L-Cafe" and "LAC-za" will be open to T-CARD members residing in the Kansai region, while also being promoted for use by the general public, tourists, and as employee welfare spaces for companies.

Holos Planning plans to expand the "L-club" service to other insurance agencies and to further develop partnerships with real estate companies, housing developers, wedding and funeral service providers, hospitals, and nursing homes, so that it can provide the information and services necessary for major life events through "L-club."
Through this partnership, CCC aims to further enhance the value of T-POINT services by expanding T-POINT services to T-POINT members in a new area called "life planning."
