—A first in the bank card loan industry!—

Suruga Bank Ltd. (Head Office: Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture; President and CEO: Mitsuyoshi Okano; hereinafter "Suruga Bank") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Head Office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") have entered into a business alliance agreement regarding the T-POINT service*1. Starting October 19, 2011, Suruga Bank will introduce "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service operated by CCC, to its card loan "Reserved Plan," and will also begin issuing "T-POINT Reserved Plan Cards."

The main features of the "T-POINT Reserved Plan Card" are as follows:

1. You will earn T-POINT every month for making regular payments on your card loan.
Customers using the "T-POINT Reserved Plan Card" can earn 30 to 1,000 T-POINT depending on their monthly regular card loan repayment amount.

*The monthly repayment amount varies depending on the outstanding balance.
*Please note that "ad-hoc repayments" other than regular repayments are not eligible for T-POINT rewards.
*T-POINT will generally be awarded on the 15th of each month (or the next business day if the 15th is a bank holiday).

2. You can use your accumulated T-POINT to repay your card loan at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
Customers using the "T-POINT Reserved Plan Card" can apply via T-SITE (http://tsite.jp/) to use T-POINT to repay the principal of your card loan, in increments of 1 point, starting from 100 points.

*For applications received between the 11th of the previous month and the 10th of the current month, repayments will be made sequentially on the 15th of the current month (or the next business day if the 15th is a bank holiday).
*You can apply up to 5 times per month.

CCC aims to expand T-POINT services across various financial products and will consider introducing T-POINT services to other payment services handled by Suruga Bank in the future.

■Product Name: T-POINT Reserved Plan Card
■Application acceptance start date: Wednesday, October 19, 2011
■Eligibility: Applicants must be between 20 and 70 years old at the time of application and have a stable income.
■Term of use: Automatically renewed every year

* You will not be able to take out any new loans after the first contract expiration date following your age of 76.

■Use of funds: Unrestricted
■Usage limit: 100,000 yen to 5,000,000 yen
■Interest rate: 7.0% to 14.9% per year
■Repayment method: Repayment by depositing via a dedicated card

*You can repay your debts at ATMs of Suruga Bank, Japan Post Bank, Seven Bank, E-net, and Town Network Service (located in Three F stores, etc.).

■ Repayment due date for each installment: The 1st of each month (or the next business day if the 1st falls on a bank holiday)

*Please make your payment between the 20th of the previous month and the 1st of the current month.

■Card type
(1) Integrated T-CARD function: For those who do not have a T-CARD, we will issue a card that can also be used as a T-CARD.

(2) Standalone Loan Card: A dedicated loan card will be issued to those who have a T-CARD.

*1 The common point service "T-POINT" was launched in October 2003 and has grown into a point service held by 38.16 million people as of the end of August 2011, representing more than one in four people in Japan. Furthermore, the number of participating companies in "T-POINT" reaches 75 companies and approximately 38,000 stores, and it can be used in a wide range of fields closely related to daily life, including TSUTAYA, FamilyMart, ENEOS, Doutor Coffee Shop, Gusto, Camera Kitamura, Yahoo! Shopping, and more.
