Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") and Ei Publishing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenji Kaku; hereinafter "Ei Publishing") will establish a new joint venture company, Teamworks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Teamworks"), on October 5, 2011, which will focus on developing a new lifestyle-oriented marketing platform in the advertising business domain.

Teamworks will create new synergies in the lifestyle marketing field by combining the unique strengths of both companies: CCC's vast database and cultural infrastructure, and Ei Publishing's highly specialized media, abundant proprietary content, and sales capabilities backed by industry knowledge. Going forward, the company will focus on developing advertising businesses that offer high-value advertising products, sales promotions, and direct marketing solutions in the lifestyle and hobby sectors, along with the creative work associated with these initiatives.
