Zen-Nichi Shinpan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture; President and CEO: Shuji Kagotani; hereinafter "Zen-Nichi Shinpan") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC"), which operates "T-POINT" *1, Japan's largest common point service, have concluded a business alliance agreement regarding the introduction of the T-POINT service, and will launch "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT," which allows customers to earn T-POINT when using shopping credit *2 provided by Zen-Nichi Shinpan.

1. Purpose of the Partnership
The two companies will offer a service to 38.16 million T-CARD members (as of the end of August 2011) that allows them to earn T-POINT by purchasing goods in installments without using a credit card. This initiative is a new service in the shopping credit industry, and Zen-Nichi Shinpan will be the second company to introduce it, following APLUS Co., Ltd., a group company of Zen-Nichi Shinpan. For Zen-Nichi Shinpan, this is an opportunity to attract T-CARD members to Zen-Nichi Shinpan shopping credit affiliated stores and encourage them to actively use Zen-Nichi Shinpan's services. Furthermore, for CCC, this will enable them to offer T-POINT to T-members who purchase high-priced items, and they expect this to further enhance customer value.
Zen-Nichi Shinpan and CCC will work together to enhance the value of T-POINT and further revitalize the shopping credit sector through "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT."

2. Service Overview
The newly launched "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT" service allows T-members to earn T-POINT based on the amount spent when shopping at Zen-Nichi Shinpan shopping credit affiliated stores displaying the "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT" mark, by presenting their T-CARD. Accumulated points can be used at T-POINT partner stores. *3
(1) Service name: Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT
(2) Eligible users: Members who have a T-CARD and use shopping credit from Zen-Nichi Shinpan.
*This offer is only available to T-CARD holders. Those with a Net T-member number are not eligible.
(3) Available merchants: Shopping credit merchants where "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT" can be used *4
(4) Service details: One point will be awarded for every 200 yen (tax included) of the principal amount (credit balance) of the installment contract.

3. Service Features

This service can be used when purchasing relatively expensive items on an installment plan, making it easier for T-CARD members to accumulate T-POINT than ever before.

4. Planned service launch date

*1. The common point service "T-POINT" was launched in October 2003 and has grown into a point service held by 38.16 million people as of the end of August 2011, representing more than one in four people in Japan. Furthermore, the number of participating companies in "T-POINT" reaches 75 companies and approximately 38,000 stores, and it can be used in a wide range of fields closely related to daily life, including TSUTAYA, FamilyMart, ENEOS, Doutor Coffee Shop, Gusto, Camera Kitamura, Yahoo! Shopping, and more.
*2. Shopping credit refers to individual credit purchase arrangements such as "Zen-Nichi Shinpan Auto Loan" and "Zen-Nichi Shinpan Shopping Credit (non-auto)" handled by Zen-Nichi Shinpan, which allow you to purchase goods in installments without using a credit card.
*3. Accumulated T-POINT cannot be used at Zen-Nichi Shinpan shopping credit affiliated stores.
*4. This service can only be used at credit merchants displaying the "Zen-Nichi Shinpan (Shopping) Credit with T-POINT" logo.
