Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will be accepting votes for the "TSUTAYA Movie Fan Award 2011" from Wednesday, November 9th to Monday, December 26th, 2011. The award will allow the public to select their "favorite film" from among the movies released in Japan in 2011, one from each of the "Japanese films" and "foreign films."
The TSUTAYA Movie Fan Award is the only award within the long-running and prestigious Mainichi Film Awards that is determined by public vote, and this will be the sixth time the "TSUTAYA Movie Fan Award" has been held.
Voting can be done via a voting website accessible from a PC, smartphone, or mobile phone. http://tsutaya.jp/fan/ The voting process takes place online, and anyone can vote. 100 people will be randomly selected from those who voted to receive 1,000 T-POINT.
