Yutaka Pharmacy Co., Ltd. (Head office: Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture; President and CEO: Hiroyuki Haneda; hereinafter "Yutaka Pharmacy") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") have concluded an agreement regarding a point program for the introduction of "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service operated by CCC, at "Drug Yutaka," a drug store chain operated by Yutaka Pharmacy in the Kansai and Chubu areas.

Yutaka Pharmacy operates stores intensively in eight prefectures, mainly in Gifu, Shiga, and Kyoto, offering a wide selection of products at reasonable prices and catering to local needs, aiming to be the "only store" in each region. CCC operates "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service, with 38.59 million members (active members after consolidating multiple T-CARD), representing approximately one-third of Japan's population. T-POINT services are implemented at approximately 40,000 stores and services across 80 companies nationwide, and the company is working to expand its services as a familiar and convenient common point service that can be used in a variety of daily life situations. With this agreement, Yutaka Pharmacy and CCC will continue to offer a fulfilling lifestyle through health and beauty to customers of all ages, as a unique local store and one of Japan's largest common point services.
