Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") and Billcom Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeru Ota; hereinafter "Billcom") have reached an agreement to establish a joint venture company in Shanghai, China, with the aim of operating "Rakuraku Nippon," a Japanese commercial facility information site, within "SOHU.com," China's second-largest portal site.
