Red Cabbage Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; President and CEO: Ryo Iwashita; hereinafter "Red Cabbage"), which operates the "Red Cabbage" supermarket chain in the Yamaguchi and Kyushu areas, and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC"), which operates "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service, will begin offering T-POINT services at 37 "Red Cabbage" supermarkets this summer.

The T-POINT service, operated by CCC, is a nationwide common point service usable in Japan, with 81 companies and 43,710 participating stores. Customers with a T-CARD can earn T-POINT when shopping at TSUTAYA, ENEOS, FamilyMart, Gusto, Kitamura Camera, Gyukaku, and other participating stores. Accumulated T-POINT can be used at participating T-POINT stores at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

Starting this summer, Red Cabbage will discontinue its existing Red Cabbage point card and completely switch to the T-CARD system. This means you can earn T-POINT when you shop at Red Cabbage supermarkets, and you can also use the accumulated T-POINT at Red Cabbage.

Point services at supermarkets are familiar services for consumers, and we have received many requests from T-CARD members to "start offering T-POINT services at our local supermarkets." With the launch of T-POINT service at "Red Cabbage," T-POINT will now be usable in the "food" category, which accounts for a large portion of household expenses. As a result, we anticipate a significant increase in new customers using "Red Cabbage" from those who already have a T-CARD.

Red Cabbage and CCC hope that the improved convenience of the point service at "Red Cabbage" will lead to increased consumption and regional development in their respective areas through the T-POINT service. Further details regarding the T-POINT service at "Red Cabbage" will be announced at a later date when the service begins.
