—A card that allows you to refuel at member prices and earn and use T-POINT—

JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation (President: Yasushi Kimura; hereinafter "JX Energy") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") are pleased to announce that they will begin issuing "ENEOS T-CARD" (without credit functionality) at approximately 4,300 ENEOS service stations (hereinafter "SS") operated by JX Energy, starting April 1, 2012 (Sun).

ENEOS gas stations have been issuing "ENEOS Cash" and "VALUE Card" as cards that allow customers who pay with cash to refuel at member prices. In addition, as a special partner card, we award T-POINT to customers who present a "T-CARD" or who pay with a "T-CARD with credit functionality."
The "ENEOS T-CARD," which will be issued at approximately 4,300 gas stations, is a very advantageous and convenient cash membership card that allows you to refuel at ENEOS T-CARD member prices and also earn and use T-POINT when using services such as refueling, car washes, oil changes, and vehicle inspections.
Regarding T-POINT accrual, you will earn 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax) spent, just as with previous T-CARD usage. Additionally, accumulated T-POINT can be used for payments at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

To commemorate the issuance of the "ENEOS T-CARD," we will be holding a "T-POINT Giveaway Campaign with a Total of 10 Million Points" from April 1 (Sun) to August 31 (Fri). This is a very advantageous campaign in which 10 million T-POINT will be distributed to everyone who applies for an "ENEOS T-CARD" during the campaign period, and the T-POINT will be automatically awarded to you. We will be encouraging many customers at our gas stations nationwide to sign up for the "ENEOS T-CARD."

In addition, starting April 1, at approximately 8,500 gas stations nationwide (including those issuing "ENEOS T-CARD"), customers will be able to use T-POINT at these stations, in addition to receiving T-POINT.
JX Energy and CCC will continue to support a wonderful car life through the T-POINT service, which is supported by a wide range of customers across generations.

*Membership registration is required to use T-POINT. To register as a member, access the T-SITE and enter your 16-digit T-member number printed on your card, along with other required information.

[T-POINT Giveaway Campaign: Share a total of 10 million points]
■Campaign Period: April 1 (Sun) - August 31 (Fri), 2012
■Campaign Details: During the campaign period, if you register as an ENEOS T-CARD member, you will be automatically entered into the campaign, and 10 million T-POINT will be distributed among all registered members.
*The maximum number of T-POINT that can be awarded per person is 2,000 T-POINT.
*T-POINT will be awarded in late September.
