(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda) is pleased to announce that at its general shareholders' meeting held on March 31, it appointed directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members who will take office as of April 1, 2012. Additionally, we would like to announce the changes to our executive officers and senior management as of April 1.
