—"Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland 3D" TSUTAYA DS Campaign - Part 2—

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda), which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will launch the second phase of its "Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland 3D TSUTAYA de DS Campaign" on Thursday, May 10, as part of its "TSUTAYA de DS" service for the Nintendo DS series (Nintendo 3DS®/DSi LL/DSi/DS Lite/DS) to commemorate the release of the Nintendo 3DS software title "Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland 3D".

In the second phase of the campaign, a handwritten "diary" by Yuji Horii, creator of the Dragon Quest series, will be distributed exclusively through "TSUTAYA de DS". In addition, when users receive a diary entry, original "Terry's Wonderland 3D" stationery designs will automatically be saved and can be used in "Swapnote".

■ About "Swapnote"
"Swapnote" is software that allows users to exchange handwritten diary entries. Users can keep their own diary, and if two Nintendo 3DS systems have the software installed, diary entries can be exchanged via SpotPass or local wireless communication, making it a fun communication tool for family and friends.

The software can be downloaded from Nintendo eShop on a Nintendo 3DS system connected to the Internet.

* This software is for Nintendo 3DS systems only.
* Internet access is available from the "TSUTAYA de DS" download area.

Through an Internet connection, users can send and receive diary entries. When the notification light on your Nintendo 3DS turns blue and a notification is received, launch "Swapnote" to check your new diary entry. (Please note that delivery may take some time.)
* The diary will be delivered via StreetPass. When using the software for the first time, please turn StreetPass "ON" in the Swapnote settings.
