Yutaka Pharmacy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, President and CEO: Hiroyuki Haneda), which operates the "Drug Yutaka" drugstore chain in eight prefectures, mainly Aichi, Gifu, Shiga, and Kyoto, and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda), which operates "T-POINT" *1, Japan's largest common point service, will begin offering T-POINT services at all 146 "Drug Yutaka" drugstores starting July 2, 2012, following the business alliance agreement concluded last year. Prior to this, we will begin issuing T-CARD in advance at Drug Yutaka stores starting June 1, 2012. Furthermore, Drug Yutaka is the first drug store chain operating in the Kinki and Tokai regions to introduce the T-POINT service.
With the launch of the T-POINT service on July 2nd, customers who shop at Drug Yutaka will earn 1 T-POINT for every 200 yen (including tax) spent. Accumulated T-POINT can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen at various T-POINT alliance stores in industries closely related to daily life, including Drug Yutaka, ENEOS, FamilyMart, TSUTAYA, and Gusto.

■Service launch date: July 2, 2012 (Monday)
■T-CARD pre-issuance start date: June 1, 2012 (Friday)
■Target stores: All 146 Drug Yutaka stores
* 37 stores in Gifu Prefecture, 46 stores in Shiga Prefecture, 42 stores in Kyoto Prefecture, 15 stores in Aichi Prefecture, 1 store in Mie Prefecture, 2 stores in Fukui Prefecture, 1 store in Nara Prefecture, and 2 stores in Osaka Prefecture.
■T-POINT accrual rate: 1 point is awarded for every 200 yen (tax included).
■T-POINT usage rate: 1 point = 1 yen (can be used)
■T-POINT eligible products: Products sold at "Drug Yutaka"
*Payments for stamps, postcards, and utility bills are not eligible.
*Points will be awarded for the patient's co-payment portion of prescription medication, but they cannot be used for payment.

*1 The common point service "T-POINT" was launched in October 2003 and has grown into a point service with 39.78 million members as of the end of April 2012, representing one in three people in Japan (active members who have used a T-CARD in the past year, and unique members who hold multiple cards are counted as one person). T-POINT Alliance partners comprise 87 companies and approximately 46,248 stores, offering a wide range of services closely related to daily life, including TSUTAYA, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, gas stations, fashion, sports, travel, internet services, and corporate employee benefit programs.
