—YAZAWA's work from the past 40 years is revived in TSUTAYA stores nationwide—

TSUTAYA Company (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will fully support Eikichi Yazawa, who will release his new album "Last Song" on August 1, 2012, and who is celebrating his 40th anniversary this year.

The first part of the "YAZAWA 40th Anniversary" support project this summer will be a four-week consecutive "YAZAWA History Poster" display at 779 TSUTAYA stores nationwide that sell CDs. YAZAWA's works from the 1970s, 80s, 90s, and 00s will be revived in TSUTAYA stores for four consecutive weeks. These are now rare shots that can only be seen in TSUTAYA stores.
Furthermore, those who reserve or purchase "Last Song" at TSUTAYA will receive a TSUTAYA original bonus: the "E.YAZAWA 40th ANNIVERSARY Poster NOW & FUTURE Ver." (pictured right), on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, 40 lucky winners will be randomly selected from those who apply using the application postcard given to them when purchasing the CD. These winners will receive a set of four "YAZAWA History Posters," which will be displayed in stores for four consecutive weeks.
