— "T Card Plus (Light Blue)" and "T CARD Plus α" for young people added—

Aplus Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Goji Noguchi; hereinafter "Aplus"), which operates the credit business of the Aplus Group, and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC"), which operates "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service, will add two new cards, "T-CARD Plus (Light Blue)" and "T-CARD Plus α (Alpha)," to the "T-CARD Plus" credit card, and will begin accepting applications from July 3, 2012.

The "T-CARD Plus" allows you to earn T-POINT when you pay with the card at JCB/Visa merchants nationwide, and also at approximately 46,000 T-POINT Alliance stores nationwide, including TSUTAYA, FamilyMart, and ENEOS, making it a credit card that is highly regarded for its ability to efficiently accumulate T-POINT. In response to customer requests such as "I want to change my current T-CARD to a card with credit functionality" and "I want a credit card that is easy for young people to join," we are now accepting applications online for the new "T-CARD Plus (Light Blue)" and "T-CARD Plus α."

The "T-CARD Plus (Light Blue)" is a credit card designed primarily in light blue, which allows customers who already have a T-CARD without credit functionality to switch to a T-CARD with credit functionality through a simple online procedure. T-CARDs that can be switched to "T-CARD Plus (Light Blue)" are those issued at Gyukaku, Eye City contact lenses, Doutor Coffee Shop, Excelsior Cafe, Drug Eleven, Welcia, Terashima Pharmacy, etc., and in the future, T-CARDs issued at other T-POINT alliance stores will also be eligible for the switch. On the other hand, the "T-CARD Plus α" is a T-CARD issued by TSUTAYA that also functions as a TSUTAYA rental membership card, targeting young people aged 18 to 25. To make it easily accessible to younger customers, we will offer the first five years of membership free of charge, and we plan to begin accepting applications at TSUTAYA stores nationwide this fall.

Aplus and CCC will continue to provide a wide range of services that prioritize the needs and convenience of even more customers.
