Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. announced that on October 1, 2012, it spun off the operation of "T-Point," Japan's largest common point service, through a company split, and established a new company, "T-Point Japan Co., Ltd.," to take over and develop the said business.

Purpose of establishing the new company

CCC has established a new company, "T-Point Japan Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "TPJ"), with the aim of building an appropriate business structure in response to changes in the business environment, accelerating management decision-making, providing services that meet diversifying customer needs, and maximizing profits.

TPJ will continue to strive to build the most customer-value common point service in Japan.
