Welcia Kansai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, President: Shigeyasu Tsuchiya, hereinafter referred to as "Welcia Kansai"), which operates drugstores such as "Eleven" mainly in the Kinki area and is part of the Welcia Holdings Group, and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, President: Muneaki Masuda), which operates "T-POINT," Japan's largest common point service, will sequentially start T-POINT services at drugstores "Eleven," "Heartland," and "Cares (Mie Prefecture)" from October 19, 2012, and will be introduced to all stores from December 1. Prior to the service launch, we will begin issuing T-CARD in advance at each drugstore starting October 16, 2012.
The details of the T-POINT service at Welcia Kansai are as follows:

■Service start date: Service will be rolled out gradually from Friday, October 19, 2012, and will be available at all stores from Saturday, December 1.
*Pre-issuance of T-CARD will begin on October 16th.
*Points earned on currently issued Eleven Point Cards can be used as a discount on purchases at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen from December 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013.
■Target stores: All 82 stores of "Eleven," "Heartland," and "Cares (Mie Prefecture)"
*55 stores in Osaka Prefecture, 14 stores in Hyogo Prefecture, 4 stores in Wakayama Prefecture, 2 stores in Nara Prefecture, and 7 stores in Mie Prefecture.
■T-POINT accrual rate: 1 point is awarded for every 210 yen (tax included) spent.
■T-POINT usage rate: 1 point = 1 yen (can be used)
■Point Service Day:
(1) T-POINT is doubled on Sundays and Mondays (5 times at stores on Awaji Island).
(2) Counseling cosmetics not eligible for discounts earn 6 times T-POINT every day.
(3) On the 11th of every month, you can get 1.5 times the value of your purchases when you spend 200 points or more with the "Eleven Day Service".
*Using 200 points will allow you to purchase items worth 300 yen.
■T-POINT eligible products: Products sold at "Eleven," "Heartland," and "Cares (Mie Prefecture)"
*Tobacco, designated area garbage bags (some), and contact lenses are excluded.
