On October 18, 2012, we received a report from NetOff Co., Ltd., a group company of ours and a partner of T-POINT, regarding the possibility of personal information being leaked due to unauthorized access to NetOff's servers.

Once NetOff's ongoing investigation and determination of the cause are complete, and if any impact on customers using T-POINT is confirmed, we will prioritize customer safety and, in consultation with NetOff, take measures to minimize any risks to our customers. Please be assured that, at this time, no impact from this issue has been confirmed on T-SITE services that are linked to T-ID.
