NetOff Co., Ltd., a group company of ours and a partner of T-POINT, suspended its services from October 19, 2012, to investigate the possibility of personal information leakage due to unauthorized access to NetOff's servers.

At 1:00 PM on November 1st, NetOff contacted us and reported that they had monitored the site for suspicious activity, implemented security measures through a specialized external third-party organization, and confirmed that the site was safe through a security assessment, and therefore would resume service.

We are continuing to investigate the possibility of personal information being leaked from NetOff's servers prior to October 19, 2012.

If any impact on customers using T-POINT is confirmed, we will prioritize customer safety and, in consultation with NetOff, take measures to minimize the risk to our customers.
