—New Hollywood movies in HD quality now priced from 450 yen to 400 yen!—

TSUTAYA.com Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuo Nakanishi) is pleased to announce that its online video streaming service "TSUTAYA TV" has launched its PC streaming service as of November 2, 2012 (Friday).

The PC streaming service will initially launch with approximately 3,000 titles, including new Hollywood movies, overseas TV dramas, anime, and variety shows, with plans to gradually expand the number of titles.

This is compatible with Windows 7 and later operating systems, and requires the download of a dedicated application. The dedicated app can be downloaded from the TSUTAYA TV official website ( http://tsutaya-tv.jp/ ).

Furthermore, with a single user ID login, your rental list, favorites, and T-POINT management can be shared across any device, enabling multi-device compatibility. This allows you to watch the same rented title on your PC, TV, recorder, smartphone, and tablet with just one purchase (rental), achieving multi-screen functionality.

We've also included a feature that lets you continue watching a movie you were watching on TV on your smartphone while you're out and about, so you can now enjoy TSUTAYA TV's video streaming anytime, anywhere.
Furthermore, coinciding with the launch of the multi-screen service, we have revised the prices of "TSUTAYA TV," which is known for its strengths, by lowering the price of new Hollywood movies in HD quality from 450 yen to 400 yen, and the price of older HD titles from 350 yen to 300 yen (some titles are excluded). TSUTAYA TV, now even easier and more convenient to use, will continue to expand its video streaming service with a selection of titles and features that will please our customers.
