―J(S)W×TSUTAYA＝JUN SKA's new song + best live performance―

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will begin renting out JUN SKY WALKER(S)'s album "Mother / BEAUTIFUL WORLD," which includes a brand new song and the best live performances, at TSUTAYA stores nationwide starting December 12, 2012, as part of the "J(S)W × TSUTAYA" collaboration.
A special album, exclusively available for rental at TSUTAYA, is being released one year after their "complete comeback." The album includes two brand new songs that can only be heard here and now: "Mother," a ballad sure to resonate with female fans who are already becoming mothers, and "BEAUTIFUL WORLD," whose lyrics link the natural environment and everyday life to evoke a refreshing and moving feeling. In addition, it is a special package that includes five best tracks from the highly successful "B(S)T" tour.

In conjunction with the release of this album, JUN SKY WALKER(S) had new member photos (attached PDF) taken at Daikanyama TSUTAYA BOOKS.

[PROFILE] JUN SKY WALKER(S)
They started performing live on Harajuku's pedestrian zone in the late 1980s and quickly became a popular band.
They made their major debut in 1988 with the album "Zenbu Kono Mama de" (Just Like This). They spearheaded the band boom of the time, releasing a string of hit songs such as "Aruite Ikou," "START," and "Shiroi Christmas."
In October 2011, they declared their "complete comeback" on the stage of the Budokan.
In 2012, the year of their complete comeback, they released their best-of album "B(S)T" in January, featuring all newly recorded tracks. It topped the Oricon Indies chart and also made it into the Top 10 of the overall chart.
Then, in quick succession in April, they released their first original album in 16 years, "LOST&FOUND".
Armed with their long-awaited, confident new work, they embarked on the "TOUR 2012 "LOST&FOUND" FIRST STAGE" tour, which will visit 16 locations across Japan for 17 performances, starting on June 2nd. The live performance, which boldly centered its setlist around songs from their new album and remained firmly rooted in their "current" status, not only attracted new fans but also thrilled longtime fans with its aggressive approach.
In July and November, live DVDs containing live footage capturing the energy from each tour were also released.
Then, in November, they released "Anniversary," a song about their bond with their fans likened to a married couple, as a digital-only release, and in December, they released two new songs on this album, which is exclusively available for rental at TSUTAYA.
As 2013 approaches, marking a momentous 25th anniversary of their major debut, JUN SKY WALKER(S) will continue their journey!
