—Arashi takes the top spot for the second year in a row, while 'Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol' takes the top spot for the second consecutive year, following its success in rentals—

TSUTAYA Company, which operates 807 stores under the "TSUTAYA RECORDS" brand within "TSUTAYA BOOKS" and "TSUTAYA" locations, has compiled the number of DVDs sold at its stores nationwide from January 1st to December 7th, 2012, and will announce the most popular titles of the year as the "2012 TSUTAYA Annual Ranking."

In the DVD sales rankings, Arashi's "ARASHI LIVE TOUR Beautiful World" took first place in sales, marking their second consecutive year at number one, following last year's "ARASHI 10-11 TOUR "Scene" -Kimi to Boku no Miteiru Fuukei- STADIUM-". In the movie DVD category, following its success in rentals, "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol" achieved a double crown.
