Tokyu Corporation / Tokyu Land Corporation / Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.

Tokyu Corporation (hereinafter, "Tokyu Corporation") and Tokyu Land Corporation (hereinafter, "Tokyu Land") have selected Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "CCC") as the anchor tenant for a large section of the commercial facility in the Futako Tamagawa East Second District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project (hereinafter, "Futako Tamagawa Rise Phase 2 Project"), which the two companies are promoting.

As a planning company, CCC's business domain is "lifestyle proposals," and it plans platforms that allow people to choose a lifestyle that suits them best, including the TSUTAYA business, the T-POINT business, and, this April, the company was commissioned by Takeo City in Saga Prefecture to operate a library.

Two years ago, Daikanyama T-SITE and Daikanyama TSUTAYA BOOKS were opened, aimed at the baby boomer generation (the "Premier Age") who enjoy a new adult lifestyle, and the facilities have now become a new landmark in Daikanyama.

CCC is currently planning a new type of "lifestyle store" that will more concretely embody the concept of the Futako Tamagawa Rise Phase 2 project, advocated by Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Land Corporation: "To create a place for new relationships and an open community that organically expands as the people who live, work, visit, and all the different people who gather there come and go and interact."

Based on the know-how CCC has gained from Daikanyama TSUTAYA BOOKS, the new store will be a large commercial store that will offer a lifestyle unique to Futakotamagawa by stocking not only books, movies and music software, but also information appliances and other items.

In the second phase of the Futako Tamagawa Rise project, Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Land Corporation aim to create a town that people will want to visit with their families and friends, where they can enjoy wonderful interactions, while also striving to coexist with the Tama River and other rich natural environment of Futako Tamagawa and the surrounding area. In addition to the first phase of the project, which has already opened, the completion of the second phase of the Futako Tamagawa Rise project will enable the facility to evolve into one that can be used by a wider range of customers than ever before.

Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Land Corporation are participating as association members and participating association members in the Futako Tamagawa Rise Phase 2 project, which is being promoted by the Futako Tamagawa East Second District Urban Redevelopment Association, and are conducting leasing business in this project.
