TSUTAYA.com Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru) has launched its smartphone music distribution site "TSUTAYA Musico♪" for iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads from Monday, May 20, 2013.

This service was launched in July 2009 as "TSUTAYA Premier," the first multi-digital content distribution service on the official websites of the three major carriers: NTT DoCoMo, au, and SoftBank. The service has now been renamed "TSUTAYA Musico♪" and delivers a variety of content to smartphones and feature phones, including Chaku-Uta®, Chaku-Uta Full®, digital comics, games, videos, Deco-Mail®, fortune telling, entertainment and news.

Now, the same service is available to customers using iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads. In addition, the separately provided application "TSUTAYA Music Player" allows you to enjoy songs purchased from "TSUTAYA Musico♪", and the synchronized lyrics service "Petit Lyrics" provided by SyncPower Co., Ltd. (http://www.syncpower.jp/ Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Masakazu Tomita) also allows you to display the lyrics of the song you are playing like karaoke.
