Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.'s Entertainment Business Division will announce the annual ranking of horror movie DVDs, based on the number of rentals at TSUTAYA stores nationwide from August 2012 to July 2013. The most rented horror films over the past year were "Underworld: Awakening," an action monster horror film about the exploits of a female vampire named Selene, and the Japanese film "Sadako 3D," a sequel of which is due to be released soon. This summer, record-breaking heat waves are hitting various parts of the country again, so we hope that horror movies will help you feel a little more "cool."
