T Point Japan Co., Ltd.

T Point Japan Co., Ltd., operator of Japan's largest shared point service, "T-POINT," will be opening physical point shops, "T-POINT 100 Point Shops," in four cities closely associated with T-POINT: Takeo City, Saga Prefecture; Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture; Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; and Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, for a limited time from August to October 2013 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "T-POINT."In April of this year, we opened the "T-POINT 100 Points Shop" for a limited time on the premises of Daikanyama T-SITE, and it was well received by many customers, so we have decided to hold it again. During the event period, a virtual 100 point shop (http://tsite.jp/r/cpn/100pt/shop/) will also be available.

The "T-POINT 100 Point Shop" will be housed in a vintage trailer wrapped in the T-POINT color yellow, where customers with T-CARD can exchange 100 or 10 T-POINT for products from T-POINT partner companies, Tohoku support goods, T-POINT original products, and more.
The event will be held for two days from August 23rd to 24th in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture, as the first public library where you can earn T-POINT, and then in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, as the first place where the number of T members exceeds half of the prefecture's residents. Later, "The predecessor of the T-CARD was the TSUTAYA membership card. The event will tour Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, as the "place where TSUTAYA was born," and finally in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, as "a symbolic location where many T members and T-POINT partners gather."Going forward, we will use Twitter to collect requests for locations for the "T-POINT 100 Points Shop" and will consider holding the shop in locations requested by customers. In addition, all T-POINT received at the "T-POINT 100 Point Shop" will be used to "Show your T-CARD and bring smiles to children in the disaster-stricken areas."Through this project, we will donate to the construction costs of an indoor playground for children in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture.

Through the "T-POINT 100 Point Shop," T Point Japan will convey its gratitude to all T Members as it celebrates the 10th anniversary of the launch of the T-POINT service. The company also aims to provide a common points service that will further delight the 46.44 million (active unique number) customers who use their T-CARD every day, as T-POINT are "everyone's points that connect people and people with society."
