Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.'s Entertainment Business Division will begin accepting orders for the Tulip 40th Anniversary Custom DVD "Live Act Tulip Film History" starting today, August 29th, 2013, on a special site on the TSUTAYA online internet site (http://shop.tsutaya.co.jp/mod/tulip/). This is the second installment of the "Custom Made DVD" service, which allows you to choose your favorite live footage to create your own "own" DVD.

This installment, “Live Act Tulip Film History,” is the second custom-made DVD release, following the well-received “EIKICHI YAZAWA MY LIVE SPECIAL COLLECTION,” which was released last July as the world’s first made-to-order DVD.Users can choose their favorite 10 songs from 60 precious live videos of Tulip from 1974 to 2007, and also choose from five different DVD jacket designs to create their own "My Best DVD."The finished DVD will be delivered to your home approximately two weeks after ordering.

For this project, Tulip's oldest live video will be released for the first time after being slumbered for 40 years. This video was taken in 1974, two years after Tulip's debut, when they appeared in a live studio performance on "Young Impulse," a popular program at the time, on Television Kanagawa (TVK). It is truly a treasure, showing the energetic and pop performance of the young Tulip. (Performance songs: "I'm Crazy About You," "A Journey of the Heart," and "Silver Ring")

In addition, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of their debut, "Live Act Tulip Film History" is positioned as a memorial content to give to fans, looking back on 40 years of live performances and memories.
