-The heart-warming "Capcom 30th Anniversary Capcom Official Shop" will open at TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI on Friday, September 13th! -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) flagship directly managed company will open the "Capcom 30th Anniversary Capcom Official Shop" at TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI, TSUTAYA's Kansai flagship store, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Capcom Co., Ltd., which is also headquartered in Osaka. The shop will run for a limited time from Friday, September 13th to Saturday, October 5th, just one day before the release of "Monster Hunter 4," the latest installment in the company's popular "Monster Hunter" series.

The "Capcom 30th Anniversary Capcom Official Shop" will not only sell a variety of popular Capcom games, including the Nintendo 3DS game "Monster Hunter 4," but will also feature a project tracing Capcom's 30-year history, including extremely rare setting materials from various classic Capcom titles such as the classic "Street Fighter" and "Demon Slayer" series, as well as an exhibition of various illustrations from "Mega Man" to the latest titles, and an exhibition of "Monster Hunter" monuments (a Rathalos-equipped hunter and a Zinogre-equipped hunter).
In addition, we will be selling over 100 types of goods, including limited edition items that were only available at past events, in the largest selection ever in the Kansai region. In addition, popular Monster Hunter characters Airou and Meralu will appear as store managers at the Capcom 30th Anniversary Official Shop, and there are other exciting experiences in store for the wide range of customers who have enjoyed Capcom's classic series.
TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, and as a store that offers real-life experiences and sensations, it will continue to offer a variety of experiences and sensations in the future, including this initiative.

The first store, TSUTAYA BOOKS Hirakata, opened in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture on March 24, 1983, and in 1997 began franchising the game software sales business, GAME TSUTAYA. In 2003, "TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI" opened as the flagship store in the Kansai region, following "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA" in Tokyo. Currently, the company operates over 1,400 stores nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. It is the largest bookstore chain and DVD/CD rental chain in Japan in terms of both store count and sales.
