Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masayuki Yamamura; hereinafter referred to as "NTT East") and T-MEDIA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toru Sakurai) will begin combined billing for the video streaming service "TSUTAYA TV" and FLET'S Hikari usage fees from Sunday, December 1, 2013.
This means that even those who do not have a credit card will be able to use "TSUTAYA TV."
In addition, we will be running a special campaign where customers who apply for a set of "FLET'S Hikari," "Hikari Telephone," "TSUTAYA Stick," and "FLET'S Hikari Members Club" for the first time will be able to purchase "TSUTAYA Stick," a smart TV device that can be used with "TSUTAYA TV," for essentially 0 yen.

1. Background and Overview
Approximately 40% (*1) of people who purchase products, services, etc. on websites use payment methods other than credit cards. Additionally, some people who use credit card payments are concerned about registering their card information.
Until now, payment methods for "TSUTAYA TV" were limited to credit cards, but by using NTT East's billing agency service "FLET'S Collective Payment" (*2), it will be possible to pay for "TSUTAYA TV" together with the FLET'S Hikari usage fee, allowing you to use "TSUTAYA TV" without registering your credit card information.
To use the service, after applying, you can easily start using "TSUTAYA TV" by logging in to "TSUTAYA TV" using the "TSUTAYA TV" user ID and password that will be sent to you by email from NTT East. (※3)
