Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. will open the sixth TSUTAYA store in Taiwan, TSUTAYA Asia Art Movies Guting Store, on November 30, 2013.

The store is located right outside Exit 1 of MRT Guting Station in Taipei City, near National Taiwan Normal University, making it an area with many students and attracting customers such as the National Taiwan Normal University Night Market. The product lineup will utilize the know-how of TSUTAYA in Japan, and in addition to the wide range of DVDs and Blu-ray software that has been realized at the previously opened TSUTAYA Asia Art Films store, the store will also stock foreign films tailored to the characteristics of the region, and will focus on stocking retail products, strengthening the creation of sales floors that are suited to the location and customers.

The opening of TSUTAYA stores in Taiwan is part of a strategic capital and business alliance for the international entertainment business concluded last year between CCC and Taiwan's CMC Group (Central China Group). A-Gi International Co., Ltd. has joined TSUTAYA and is currently expanding its stores mainly in Taipei city and its suburbs.
