Saga Prefecture's first women's professional golf tour to be held! LPGA Tour "T-POINT Ladies Golf Tournament"

-The tournament will be held from March 21st to March 23rd at Wakagi Golf Club in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture-

T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TPJ"), operator of Japan's largest mutual points service "T-POINT," and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will be holding the "T-POINT Ladies Golf Tournament," a women's professional golf tour officially recognized by the Ladies Professional Golf Association of Japan (LPGA) and held since 2010, for three days from Friday, March 21st to Sunday, March 23rd, 2014, at Wakagi Golf Club (Takeo City, Saga Prefecture), the first women's professional golf tour venue to be renovated from its previous venue, Kagoshima Prefecture. As in last year, we also plan to broadcast the tournament live over the internet during the event.

Wakagi Golf Club, the venue for this tournament, was designed by Desmond Muirhead and is a highly artistic and strategic course reminiscent of a landscape painting, making use of the famous holes of St. Andrews, the birthplace of golf.All 18 holes are imbued with the profound idea that "mountains are home to mountain gods, and each and every tree has a soul."Pacific Golf Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PGM"), which operates Wakagi Golf Club, launched the T-POINT service on April 1, 2013. At Wakagi Golf Club and other PGM Group golf courses throughout Japan, the service allows customers to use their T-CARD for smart check-in and earn and use T-POINT while playing golf.

Takeo City in Saga Prefecture is home to the Takeo City Library and Historical Museum, which was planned and operated for the first time by CCC. T-CARDs can be used to borrow books, and if you use the self-service counter, you can also earn T-POINT when you borrow books.

Through the "T-POINT Ladies Golf Tournament," TPJ and CCC aim to make T-POINT a more familiar service to those who enjoy golf on a daily basis, as well as those living in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture, and the surrounding areas. We aim to create a tournament that will provide an unforgettable experience for everyone who watches the tournament at the venue, those who watch the live internet broadcast, and the athletes who perform at their best.

(1) The qualifying round will consist of a total of 36 holes on the first and second days, and the top 50 players will be eligible to compete in the final round.
(2) If a tie occurs for first place after 54 holes, a sudden-death playoff will be held on a hole designated by the tournament committee on that day to determine the winner.
