Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., Entertainment Business Division (Tokyo Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that it has begun selling the "Video Prepaid Card," a prepaid card that utilizes POSA technology from InComm Japan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takumaro Arai; hereinafter referred to as "InComm Japan"), at 1,130 TSUTAYA stores nationwide in response to the diversifying ways in which people watch movies and other video content. This will be the first initiative in Japan to sell movie software using POSA technology.
The "Video Prepaid Card" is a card that allows you to purchase movies by streaming or downloading on a variety of devices, including tablets and smartphones (EST = Electronic Sell Through), and enjoy the movies over and over again.
The video distribution system will utilize the "TSUTAYA TV" system, a video distribution service operated by T-MEDIA Holdings Inc. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru), which is compatible with multiple devices including tablets, smartphones, PCs, and televisions and has the largest selection of titles in Japan.
After purchasing the card at a store, you can register as a user via the URL on the back of the card within 150 days, and then enter the 10-digit PIN code printed on the card to add the video title to your "purchased list."Titles can be viewed on multiple devices including tablets, smartphones, PCs, and TVs. After logging in with your registered ID, you can select titles from your purchased list and watch them. Please note that you will need to install a viewing app (free) when watching on a tablet, smartphone, or PC.
The initial number of titles for sale will be 19, including movies such as "After Earth" and "Pacific Rim." Prices will start from 2,381 yen (excluding tax) for movie software, with prices varying depending on the title. The number of titles available will be gradually expanded in the future.

① Purchase a video POSA prepaid card at the store
②Register as a user using the URL on the back of the card. *Registration is free
③Scratch off the silver foil on the POSA card to reveal the PIN code.
④Enter the 10-digit PIN code and press the registration button.
⑤The work will be registered in your purchased list.
⑥ Use the device you want to watch on and log in with your registered ID.
⑦ Select a title from your purchased list and watch it.
