Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. Entertainment Business Division (hereinafter referred to as "TSUTAYA"), which operates "TSUTAYA" stores nationwide that sell music CDs, etc., is pleased to announce additional artists for the music event "TSUTAYA Rock Festival 2014," which will be held simultaneously on April 1st, 2014 at four venues: TSUTAYA O-EAST, O-WEST, O-nest, and O-Crest.

In addition to TOTALFAT, KEYTALK, and Kinoko Teikoku, which were announced on November 29, 2013, four new artists have been added to the lineup: Dragon Ash, who will be releasing a new album early next spring, and veteran band GOOD4NOTHING, as well as two up-and-coming young bands, Hello Sleepwalkers and Soredemo Sekai ga Tsuzuku Nara. This brings the total number of artists confirmed to perform to seven.

"TSUTAYA Rock Festival 2014" is a live event inviting purchasers of TSUTAYA's rock 'n' roll campaign "TSUTAYA Rock," and is the first live event to be held simultaneously at four venues to commemorate O-Group's acquisition of naming rights, including "TSUTAYA O-EAST."We will be holding a lottery to invite people who apply by sending in an application postcard that will be given to those who purchase the following CDs by the artists performing this time at TSUTAYA stores nationwide.

■What is "Tsuttara Rock"?
This live concert is open to purchasers of the rock and roll campaign "Tsutara Rock" run by TSUTAYA's retail business, "TSUTAYA RECORDS."Past Tsuta Rock Live performances have featured a diverse lineup of artists ranging from newcomers to established names, including Alkara, CreepHyp, Sambomaster, [Champagne], Czecho No Republic, Namba Akihiro, The Birthday, back number, HUSKING BEE, Fujimaki Ryota, THE BAWDIES, My First Story, MAN WITH A MISSION, The Mirraz, and Yatsui Ichiro (DJ). Czecho No Republic and tricot will perform a two-man live show on January 11th. *Artists are listed in alphabetical order.

Of the approximately 1,460 TSUTAYA stores nationwide, approximately half carry the CD and DVD sales brand "TSUTAYA RECORDS."Since last year, we have launched "Tsutawa Rock," "T-GROOOVE," and "Wear The Music" as an initiative to propose new "music experiences" that combine live performances with CD purchases and rentals. Up until now, many bands have held live performances at the various live houses operated by O-Group.
