The Entertainment Business Division of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will compile and analyze the results as a business division and announce them by category as the TSUTAYA annual rankings.
This year, all of the top 20 spots in the annual ranking of Asian TV dramas were taken by Korean TV dramas, with the period drama "Dong Yi" taking the top spot for the year, and many other popular romantic comedies such as "Rooftop Prince" and "Secret Garden" also making the list. Among foreign TV dramas, the popular series "Gossip Girl (Fourth Season)" came in first place. Many new works were released in 2013, and the American comic book drama "Arrow" in particular attracted attention, ranking second.
