Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ishida Ken) and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda) have concluded a points program agreement and will introduce the T-POINT service at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier and Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima (Nakamachi, Hiroshima City), which will open in Nakanoshima, Osaka, from March 7, 2014, as well as at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shinmachi Bettei, which will open on Kyoto Shinmachi Street from March 25, 2014.
Starting with Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier, Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management will adopt the T-POINT service at Mitsui Garden Hotels that are scheduled to open in the future, and also plans to gradually introduce the T-POINT service at existing Mitsui Garden Hotels.
If you have a T-CARD, you can earn 50 T-POINT per night by presenting your T-CARD at the front desk when checking in at the hotel. In addition, if you visit the official Mitsui Garden Hotels website (http://www.gardenhotels.co.jp/If you make a reservation through T-POINT and stay at the hotel, you will earn an additional 200 T-POINT per night. For customers who do not have a T card, Mitsui Garden Hotels will provide original Mitsui Garden Hotels design T-CARD at Mitsui Garden Hotels, which offer the T-POINT service.

■Service start date:
The service will begin at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier and Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima, which opened on Friday, March 7, 2014.
*All hotels opening in the future, including the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shinmachi Bettei, scheduled to open on Kyoto Shinmachi Street on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, will offer the T-POINT service from the time of their opening, and the T-POINT service is also planned to be gradually introduced at existing hotels.
■T point award rate:
(1) Earn points by staying overnight
If you present your T-CARD at check-in, you will earn 50 points per night.
(2) Earn points by booking through the official website
Mitsui Garden Hotels official website (http://www.gardenhotels.co.jp/), or by booking directly with the hotel, you'll earn an additional 200 points per night.
*If you make a reservation through another company's accommodation booking site, you will not be eligible for the 200 points and will only receive 50 points.
*To earn T-POINT, you must present your T card at check-in.
*All T-POINT will be awarded at check-out.
*Accumulated T-POINT cannot be used to pay for accommodation or for other purposes within Mitsui Garden Hotels.
