Skylark and T Point Japan launch new CRM promotion service

Skylark Co., Ltd. (Head office: Mitaka City, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Tani; hereinafter referred to as "Skylark") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") will launch a coupon service on March 6, 2014, as part of Skylark's new CRM strategy.

This service is a coupon site that allows T-CARD users to use coupons at over 2,500 Skylark Group family restaurants nationwide, including Gusto, Jonathan's, Bamiyan, and Yumean. When you complete the T Members-only service application process, you will receive discount coupons based on your usage.

To commemorate the launch of this new service, we will be offering 200 T-POINT to all customers who have completed the registration process and ordered eligible products, as well as a campaign in which new customers will receive a free drink bar voucher.

Skylark and T Point Japan have been working together to utilize T-POINT data in menu revisions and new product development, and have now decided to launch this service with the aim of providing convenient and advantageous services tailored to the individual needs of the approximately 9 million customers who use Skylark's Oto Coupons. Both companies will continue to aim to improve customer satisfaction through Otocoupon and strive to make Skylark Group family restaurants more convenient and comfortable to use.

Customers who have completed the application process for T Member-only services will be asked to enter the campaign on the campaign page during the campaign period. All customers who order eligible products at Skylark Group family restaurants and present their T-CARD at the time of payment will receive 200 T-POINT.
